what can would sound good on a 94 xlt special?

the only only onne i could find was made by mbrp

DG, dynoport, SLP, MBRP.... Those are all out there and sound good! I have a dg and love the sound the mbrp and the dg are similar in sound. The only ones you can buy still is everything but dg, dg stop making there cans a while ago. However you can find dg cans on ebay for good prices I paid 75 for mine.

Dynoport is about the best performance wise when tried on a 95 xlt 600...it didn't lose any hp. Definetly louder...especially at idle...it barks when you open the flipper. Still way better to run the stock can in populated riding areas.

just drill a 2 inch hole in the stock can. that will sound cool.
Seriously cans do nothing at all on most sleds. Here is a good rule of thumb, if it does not need to be clutched it made no improvement and there aren't many cans that need clutch changes. In fact the only sled that comes to mind that can benefit from a can is an xcr 3x3 600. If you want to improve the sled, Clutch it, maybe a set of heads and ride it.

i wouldnt put a can on an xlt or xcr, i know ppl with them or any old polaris triple and when they put a can on it they blew up the center cylinder everytime, Nice Rumble though

i have never heared anything bad from a can ever my friend has a xcr600 with a dg can and nothing ever happened to it
