Full Version: Looking For a Commercial Mortgage

We are looking for a commercial mortgage for our property.

All we are getting is sorry but!!!!

Here is one example from TD. The small business goes from 0 to 500,000 and the commercial goes from 500,000 up.

But since we have a gas pump the small business sector does not do gas., but the commercial does. WTF.

Does any one have any connections in the industry that can get us a mort at reasonable rates???

I know I can go private money at between 8-12% plus a bunch of fees.

We would prefer to go with a institution if possible.

We have great credit scores and a very low loan to value.

If anyone can help please let me know.

The problem is the gas retailer has been black balled because there is no money in it, if you are in the automotive buisness you have got a double black mark.........
