I have been talking a little to someone involved in one of the clubs about possibly have a golf tournament as a fund raiser, and since I am mostly a free loader volunteered to help run it. I have spoken to a few people(businesses) and I think we could get some decent sponsorship and/or prizes donated wo we could keep more of the entry fee for the club. I said I would throw it out there and see what people think and go from there. Here are a few questions I have:


1-location, better up north or more centrally located so more people including non sledders would play
2-quality of course-maybe a not so great course would allow it to be done in expensively and give more $$$$$$$$ to club
3-day of week-weekday or weekend ( I think I know the answer to this one already)
4-I guess this should probably be #1 but who would be interested?

I would play but it looks like there are not many who are interested. It would have to be central to southern NH since that is where most people live. You would then get the Mass people to come as well.

i would say around the concord area would work. say beaver meadow or canaberry woods.

I think I may have been a little late putting this on here, boards very light as of late. Unfortunately from the looks of things we could get a foursome together throw in $20/ea and the winner gets to donate the money to the club?
