We bought this a few years back hoping to build a cabin for our own snowmobile/atv central. Always thought we'd move up there when we retired but things change. We sold our sleds a couple years ago and just don't get to the U.P. enough anymore to make it worth hanging on to. So here it is...

10 acres about 5 miles West of Rudyard on H-40(paved county highway), power is available at road, driveway is started, enough to pull in off the road. The land is part of an old farm and was a hayfield years back. We planted some pines a couple years ago to start some cover. Only a couple miles to the trail running between Rudyard and Trout Lake. Asking $19,000. May consider land contract. No low-ball offers please, I'm not selling because I need the cash just cleaning up some loose ends in case we decide to get the hell out of Michigan.

PM if you need more info or for a phone number.

Sounds a little steap for a 10 acre hayfield.

Thanks for the offer, I'll keep it in mind. That will most likely depend on the buyer.

I'm heading up there this week to put up some signs. It'll be the first time I've been there in a year or so.

So is there any woods, or all fields?
