We bought this a few years back hoping to build a cabin for our own snowmobile/atv central. Always thought we'd move up there when we retired but things change. We sold our sleds a couple years ago and just don't get to the U.P. enough anymore to make it worth hanging on to. So here it is...

The land is part of an old farm and was a hayfield years back. We planted some pines a couple years ago to start some cover. Only a couple miles to the trail running between Rudyard and Trout Lake. I'm heading up there this week to put up some signs. It'll be the first time I've been there in a year or so.

So is there any woods, or all fields?
