just picked up a 440x.
does the whole rear suspension have to come out to get the shocks out?
looking to have all the shocks rebuilt for next season.
what gas does this sled use?
i know its race gas but what number?
its an 07 440 race sled.

i think all race gas 440's use 110, you can get away with 105

We cut VP 112 with 93, 3 gallons Vp and 2 gallons 93 on the newer sleds. My '03 is the other way 'cause it doesn't need as much octane.



It helps stretch the barrel a little longer.

your gas questions are awnsered but as far as removeing the shocks the best thing to do i just yank the skid. its very easy and will take you a short amount of time. if you need help removing or installing Pm or email me,I will be glad to help. i also have a shock shop here in ny and do alot of business with canadian customers and reflect my pricing as such
