OK guy & girls, here is the deal. I have been able to secure the Snowmobile Museum and the field next to it for Saturday June 21st. Dan Lewis, the VP of the Museum is going to open up the museum for us to view.
I can bring two smaller tables about 18" x 5' to help with food setup.
We can arrive at 11am and use the facility for the afternoon.
We will have to bring our own chairs and the picnic tables have been moved, so it doesn't look like they will be available.
If we want to cook, someone will have to bring a grill.
Anyone willing to organize food and drink??
Bob
Awesome thank you Bob so much. How long do we have to use the grounds?
I hope you can all make it. I have a few chairs I can bring. And A grill too I believe.

Bad news. I might not be able to do the cookout. My dad was talking about working on our house in Jefferson that weekend.

I'm trying to talk my way out of it. I will know by tomorrow. It's most likely a no. So we will be doing the cookout. How can I make this a poll to know how much food I'm going to need?
EDIT: Convinced him for us to go to Jefferson next weekend so we're good to go the 21st.
Also I made this a poll so fill it out!

The museum will be open from 11am to 2pm. We should not have any issues staying there until sunset or whatever the local rules are for the other area's.
We are all set, just need the head count for food and if anyone wants to bring something to add, that would be great.

Bump! Common, friendly people, burgers/dogs, snowmobile talk. What more could you want...well besides actually snowmobiling.

Jared / LongriderSS
Do you have a specific area where you plan to set up?
I have an old park map - I'll take it to work tomorrow and scan it, then post the section where the entrance, picnic areas, and museums are shown.

Longrider will have the answer to this. He got us the area. I think we have the lot next to the museum. Don't quote me on this though.
Saturday is gearing up to be a really nice day!

We have been approved to use the area right there next to the sled museum.
