can some one tell me the difference between skags an wearbars ,
i just bought a 1990 cougar an went to oem parts page an got some parts for it
i bought a set of skags for front skis, an the look so much different from the wearbars on my skidoo?
just wondering if there going to handle different

I always thought they were the same thing. You can get lots of different lengths of carbide and wear pads, as well as dooley runners (two bars parallel on one ski). Take a look at Denniskirk.com Tons of options.
