Just wondering where or who all plan on having grass drags this summer ? I understand Portage have some annually as do The Floodway Kings. I would like to plan around any in Manitoba if we where to put them on in Russell again this summer. Please post or PM me if you know the weekends or the contact people for any races this summer. no grass drags till the fall...probably around sept.!!

Maybe this sept. in Stonewall? after Haydays? this way you can buy your parts and try them.

All grass drags are 500ft long.
Portage races are usually the weekend after thanksgiving

Thanks for the info Interock and Pure performance ! Yes Grass drags are all 500 but a very important part is the shut down for mods ! At Russell the track is 500 with 1000' of shut down!

I hope the race goes in Stonewall this fall. I hope we can race lots in Manitoba with the prices of gas this summer!

Haydays is Sept 6 and 7

The Grass Drags are a defiant for Sept. 13 & 14. For this year we will only be holding one of these events next year we would like to have two of them. There will also be Quad Bog Drags - two trenches 3 feet deep 10 feet wide and 100+ feet long filled with sloppy mud. Swap Meet, Camping. Got kids with 120's - we'll have a race for them. Working on Modified Garden Tractor Racing, got one bring it, I'm bringing one. Bring a stock one and let's race them!! Check out our website www.ucmaracing.ca . We will be posting all info there.
