Hope your snow is melting slowly and you are in better shape than the people in the Saint John River Valley. I know Pete at the Restigouche in Matapedia had flood water on the 2nd floor of the hotel one year.

nothing serious here .yesterday afternoon ,matapedia and causapscal rivers were at their highest '' level '' .but i ve seen worse in 94 .from what i saw on the news ,road 195 was flooded a few miles south of matane and road 132 few miles east of mont joli ,thats it .nothing bad like new brunswick .

i heard about the ice jam in matapedia 2 weeks ago ,but i did nt go to see that .i think it s earlier this week they were flooded again in matapedia.

yesterday afternoon went to routhierville ,halfway between home and matapedia .matapedia river is large there and the level of the water was 7 ' higher than normal .
