zrt 600 rider 4 u
hello every body i have a 96 zrt 600 i bought the sled a few years ago, when i brought it home from the dealer the sled ran like crap had a low end backfire and bog, so i took the carbs off and cleaned them and adjusted them and adjusted the oil pump cable because it was out of synk. sled ran good then, so the next season which was this last 1 i took the carbs off and gave them a cleaning (pre maintenece thing) and i noticed the oil pump was out of synk again, so i adjusted, my question is that i have no more room for adjustment i am at the adjustment nuts end, what is the deal?? is the cable streatching that much from year to year?? is there any way i can shorten the cable to make it work or do i have to buy a new 1???

The cable should not stretch very much. I would replace it.
Smack
My zl 500 cable did the same thing and it frayed as well it ended up blowing up my motor due to lack of oil. Replace it before it does to same to you
