a friend of mine just picked up a 01 summit 800 151. i was wondering if he's going to be riding that on the trails/ditches here in MN will that work well? it just seems excessive for all that track here. what are your guys opinion the sled? i think he said it had 2" paddles?

I have the 144 700. Use it for both on & off trail. The 151 is not that much different. He won't have a problem with it on the trail, just watch it in the corners, they tend to "push" quite a bit due to track length. Keep the carbides fresh. I've never had an over heat issue on hard pack trails, or slides melting on me.
