Had to do the fuel tank recall on my buddies sled. Swapped out the tank ourselves because it was a US sled brought into Canada. When reinserting the fuel float we did as the directions said with the arrow pointing up. For some reason we can't get an accurate reading on the fuel. Seems to always stay at the half way point. Anyone have any ideas?

There is a mrk on the tank that is used for calibrating the fuel gage try lining it up with the mark. i did this and mine started working decently. line up the arrow with the line on the tank.
