Can four wheelers be riden in Pharsalia or Brookfield legally if they are registured and insured. If not then where can you ride them legally????

On your own property or on the properties of the landowners that you persoanlly seek out and get permission from. Otherwise, they're illegal. I am pretty sure that the areas you are asking about don't allow ATV riding, as NY State law says that ATV's are not allowed on any State land unless otherwise marked as open for such use.

The last I knew, you couldn't in Brookfield. I'm not familiar w/ Pharsalia..... don't even know where it is.....

there is the truck trails in brookfield but thet still give you a ticket . a few of us are in process of starting a club in the brookfield area. i'll be setting down with the dec to see there views on atvs in the statelands. if you want to do some riding there is a atv club down in shurburne. its a good size club.

DEC has just shut down 52 Truck Trails to ATV traffic in Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego Counties... It will be interesting to see the results of your sit down with them. Good Luck! And keep us posted.
