just was curious if any of you guys ever travelled east to ride. ive never been west but would love to and everyone in the manitoba forum always talks about it so i was just curious. is there miles of trails in bc or is it all just back country 12 feet of snow?
there is trails, mostly old logging roads, and in my areas they are hardly ever groomed, but a trail in BC is only a means to get up into the alpine

there is not much trail riding around here, some people do it, but not many. Its mostly backcountry boondocking in ridiculous amounts of snow, going from one ridge to another, finding your own bowls, your own hills, your own way.
To be honest, I do not think I would ever bring my sled out east, not meant to offend, but I am too used to riding mountains, and I like to hillclimb, so it just seems like it would be a waste of a trip to go out east, I am spoiled where I live with how I like to ride.
