Full Version: Has anyone paid 13k or over for a Turbo LE?
HCS Snowmobile Forums > Snowmobile Forums > Arctic Cat General Discussion > 4 Stroke Cats
ViperGTS/F7

Stopped at another dealer on my way to my snowmobile camp today and he also quoted me $13,487 for a turbo lxr le. He had a notebook with those prices clearly stated. Am I the only one that seems to be getting shafted here?
My regular dealer had quoted me $13,500
Am I looking at the same sled? The ones I have seen quotes from you guys ranging from upper 11,000 to mid 12,000?
I want the Turbo LE in Copper and black with the LXR pkg and deluxe guage. Someone please tell me they have paid at least 13,000 without tax for one of these.

I need some fast replies....I am going back to my dealer tomorrow to try to make a deal but can't justify paying up to more than $1,500 than almost everywhere else.

Please post your quotes or purchase price without tax.
Thanks.

12500 otd. no sales tax in NH. Hey, whats the rush man? Take your time, and you'll most likely save some REAL cash, once some of the new sled hype dies down around mid summer.

Is that 12,500 for the black and copper? I got a quote of 12,700 for the standard turbo black and gray Z1 which would be in line with your quote.

Your probably right about waiting for a better price....
The only thing is, I'm not too crazy about the black and gray color combo. I would much rather have the black and copper which is an early buy only. However, I'm thinking maybe there will be some customers that back out of the early order. Maybe I can snatch up one of those.......Man..I'm not sure what to do now.

wish i could help you, but i don't have U.S. list prices, only Canadian MSRP.I didn't pay list that's for sure. $15,599 Turbo LXR LE

I paid $12825.00 in WI before tax for a TZ1 turbo touring LE.
But I also got a heck of a deal on my 07 F8 trade-in.
The prices you are getting seem high.
Not sure what the price difference is between the touring and the regular, but I'm sure the touring is more.
He has the listed price at $14299.00.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

Viper...what dealers are you getting prices from ? Some around the OF area (excluding ONE.....) are $11800 to $12500 pre-tax for the Z1 Turbo LXR LE including freight, set-up/prep and still getting the Cat cash........
Send me a PM and I'll pass on the dealer names and the prices we got from each one. Put our deposits down yesterday at D&D

That seems to be the winning price around this area.

Thanks to all on the quotes and PM's They were of help.
I ended up getting my regular dealer to come down from $13,500 to $12,500 today.Got him to throw in a set of mirrors too...although they probably came standard anyway LOL.
I know it's not the best price around but really not too bad from them. I'm satisfied. They really do take care of me after the sale and that is very important to me.
Gave him my $500 deposit. Gonna be a long summer.

Congrats!
It's hard to beat a good dealer that treats you right after the sale.
They're sometime few and far between.
Sometimes you might pay a little more but if the service is there when you need it, it's worth it.
You can finally sleep at night. You got a great sled for a good price from a great dealer.
It doesn't get any better than that!
It will be a long summer.
Think snow!!!!

Enjoy your new sled viper!! The new turbo looks very promising. The twin spar chassis is awsome, you will love the adjustable bars and seat!!

I'd rather give my cash to a good, local dealer vs. traveling long distances to save a little and be forgotten. sounds to me like you struck up a good deal when you add it all together!!

I watched that #6 too it was very good, but it's that #9 I'll be watching over and over again this summer.

BTW they better leave that #9 up all summer or I'll one pissed off individual veryangry.gif

That seems high, I got a plain Z1turbo for 12,300 and could have got the lxr le for about 1200 more here in Canada.

You have to support the local dealer that has good service, even if his price is a few hundred dollars higher. I know guys that travel 200 miles to save a few bucks then bitch when the local dealer puts his customers in front of them for service.

Thanks....I also took the advice of yours and others on here and will attempt the studding of this sled on my own at a later time. Might have some more questions about the process when the time comes.
