I know it's long ago, but I finally just got around to cutting the vids that I shot from the night of the BIG storm.

It was an eventful night!!! First before we even got started we had to repair a split Hydraulic Line on the front blade. Getting a Hydraulic hose made at 7pm on the night of the biggest storm of the year is quite a challenge. We found an awesome guy from Sunderland that agreed to meet us in Port to make us up a new hose. We had to plow our way off the clubhouse road (around many stuck vehicles). We got back and again had to plow our way back to the clubhouse, and finally to the shelter of the groomer shed. We got the repairs done and start to make our plan of attack. I took my helmet and full suit and gloves, just incase something happened and one of us had to walk somewhere.... We headed out and the rest of the night is on video... There was so much snow!!! When we returned we realized that the only way warren was gonna get home was to groom right down the centre of the road. I however was snowed in (as my jeep was majorly buried over at Nutter's place).... So I ended up sleeping at the clubhouse (not a first, lol).... Woke up in the morning to HiMileage knocking at the door. Got rolling and had such an amazing first ride!!

Anyways enough rambling from me...... Here's the Vid!!!

The guy that we had come out was great, he had just gotten home for supper from Toronto (a good 1.5 hour drive on a "good" day) and then he agreed to turn around and drive 30 mins in the middle of the blizzard to come down and meet us to build us a new hose. The hose had broke while out earlier in the day while doing a feeder trail, it split pointing straight up and covered the windsheild in hydraulic fluid..... as if it wasn't already hard enough to see. So after gettin back, we had some supper, did the repair and headed back out for another 7 hours. Gotta love those nights!!!
