Our 1000 was the fastest sled there. We beat Gord's sled in the heat previous but in the finals we were ahead but the lanes were in BAD shape, we hit a bump or 2. There is no shame in that sled by any means. Our hats go off to Kevin for riding it, he sure could handle it but that lane was like riding a bull, man it was rough. I hope he is able to get that massage he wanted. LOL. We also won 600 Improved and 800 Improved, 2nd in 700 Improved, we had a good weekend.

I would like to add that Paul Lidstone's ZRT 1000 Improver and Chuck's Hellcat were also among the top contenders both beating the fastest sleds there in different heats as well. Bumps and redlights sure make it interesting. It was a great trip and the weather proved awesome, even finished up around 7:30 before dark.

Lots of fast machines, was a great day for the races and the boat ride over and back was awesome

HAH..hey Robbie...you should try one of those peddle boats in a little pond this summer.....in about 2 feet of water....then by the fall.....we might be able to convince you to get on the ferry......Going up the hill is supposed to be more frightening then crossing on the ferry....

I wish someone had video of the finish line just so everyone would know how nuts you guys are hanging on to these improvers and mods. It is quite awesome to see the ski bottoms go across the finish line before the front bumper. It is quite an awesome site
