Congrats on your purchase, well to let you know I would have gotten 589's they move more mud, and work just as good in reverse. I have 27' on my 2004 Arctic cat TRV 500 4x4, I have 589's on my 2005 Arctic cat 500LE 4x4, and I have 30" 589's on my Arctic Cat Prowler XT, I lovge them and have never broke and Axle, I know lots of Polaris Guys I ride with that are Blowing two a year on Mud Lites, I have had great luck with my Cats. Good luck with yours.

If you don't really mind paying for axles, I suggest you pick up a pair of gorilla axles. 27s aren't to bad so i'm not 100% sure. If they were anything bigger I would say for sure.

I have a Sportsman 500 with 28" Mudzilla's on it. I have broke one joint in 1500 miles of hard off trail abuse.
I can't understand how so many are breaking? Maybe spinning hard the hooking up?
Anyways, I love the tires, they will run down a road at 50 mph or hook-up in 3 feet of mud and water. I have logged over a 1000 miles and they still look great for wear.

Question. in the title you put mudzilla's but in your message you put zilla's. They are two different tires. which are you running? Mudzilla's are more aggressive with 1.5" lug and bias ply. The zillas are the new radials with around an inch of tread. And for f700rider saying a 589 hooks better I call bs because I own both. However he is right about them backing up better. If you know throttle control, axles will be ok even if you are running the mudzilla version.
