Sitting on the Turbo Touring at the show, the windshield seemed low and very cold. Does anyone have any experience with it? Any pictures of the high windshield on the Turbo?

Thanks

In the new 09 accessory catalog they have an high windshield for the TZ1 and Z1. On the spec sheet it states the the TZ1 comes with a high but the Cat Rep's said do not bet on it!

That prototype I rode had a F sled high windshield on it, I had the winshiled folding a few times at speed. See pics at the link.

Vince, At what speed and how bad was it folding? You must have been really moving for I never had my T660 turbo fold. Nice to know before I put the larger one on!

At 90+, but it was a prototype with mostly F sled plastic, and obvioulsy a big old ugly F sled windshield as seen in the photo below.

Cat will have a good looking sheid that will provide good protection, they always do.

The 07 and 08's do....not sure about the 09's though

The 09 turbo sleds use a different sheild than all other F sleds, non turbo z1 included! Only 3 sheilds listed in 09 cat acc. catalog.Jay
