Leaving for Cooke City April 9th. Longest week of my life. I can't wait. The sled is ready and tuned. 2" challenger track is on. Boss seat is installed. I don't care if gas is $10.00 a gallon, I am going. I will post pictures as soon as I get back. If anyone is going to be out there this time of year give wve me down. I will be on a orange Crossfire 700 with boss seat.

I had a blast in Cooke. I was there in November and they had 5+ feet of snow in the mountains. Lots of steep stuff so I'd suggest renting an Avy beacon. Where are you staying? The AC dealer in Cooke has almost everything/anything you'd need in stock so you'll be good. Are you driving into town or riding in from the parking lot?

We stay in town and drive in to town by truck. All of our sleds stay there through out the year. My brother is good friends with the Cat dealer and we crash at his pad. I always wear an Avy beacon. How long you gonna be there. We are leaving on the 9th and staying till 14th. Look me up. Ask sue at the exxon where Dugger is and she will tell you. They are great poeple. My brother rides out there about 8-9 times a year. Sue is his mom away from home. Sorry about not getting back to you on those m ski's. I'm new on here and am just getting use to this site. Do you still have them. When I get back from this trip let's get that deal going. Have fun out there and ride safe.

Ahhh, it would be nice to have the trailer in town but that is an extra 2-3 hour drive isn't it? Nice, I spent a lot of time at that Cat dealer when I was there. I needed some stuff and bought other crap I didn't need, just wanted. I am not going there this year but might head back next year. I am headed to the Snowies tonight. I'd love to leave my sleds out west but the drive is so long. I ride the UP a lot and try to get out west at least twice a year, next year I am shooting for 3 or 4 trips out west. I didn't even realize we spoke about the skis. No biggie, I just sold the set off of my M8 (I think) but still have the ones from the M6. If you're sure you want them I'll consider them sold. Likewise, be safe and have a blast.
