the girls are in need for a good cleaning and then put to rest until next season. a total of 4000 miles, we picked an awesome winter to spend in our new camp. Hope next year is exactly the same.

Well I only logged about 400 miles this year, but it was still an incredible return to the sport of snowmobiling. For those of you who don't know, the last time I was on a sled was 1986! I plan to log many more miles next year, and I'm already planning a one week trip in 09 to the NEK to partake in what many of you call God's country. Here are two shots from December 18th and January 2nd. Fist pic is next to Harriman Resevoir and the second is over in Stump Jumper territory. Click to view attachmentClick to view attachment

love the pics EXCEPT for the one with the guy stopped on the left hand side of the trail. I have no idea where the trail is, but I could imagine a yahoo coming the other way...and WHAM! The speed limit sign looks pretty legit, too! Thanks for sharing.

I believe the speed limit sign is in Walden? I know I have seen it along my travels...
Philo, The one that has me curious is the building with a TON of snow on the roof. Where is that located?

What a huge year for me. Last year was my first year ever of riding, and this year I got a new sled and told myself I'd have to justify the cost. I think I did pretty well too, though got shot down on a couple of weekends when I should have been riding. Always next year to improve!
These are from NH where we took a guy from the netherlands. He only gets to ride once a year, when he comes here for a company visit!
Some more.
And from the last ride of the year for me
End of the day, and on the way home.
Graet winter, can't wait for next year!
