AS OF TODAY, Derby is still accessible via trails 105 and 105A, however there is some thin spots. This will probably be the last weekend for access into town. The groomer operator has reported excellent conditions East of OS 1 and OS 3. It is recommended taking 105A through OS 8 to access the Super 8 Motel because the "River Trail" under the interstate is bare. It is not recommended traveling SOUTH or WEST of Derby. The groomer is still going out and will until the end of the season. The forecasted rain for tomorrow could make Derby inaccessible this weekend. Updates will be made as much as possible. At the very least, parking will be available across from Lake Seymore via 105-F1. Please stay on THE TRAILS and in between the stakes.
