be helping out on a cat..yes cat..during this seasons csra schedule.
i'm pumped and have to have one.
any years better than others?
what to watch for?
i have one pretty much picked out.
don't laugh but i plan on running trailsport 5, sportvet, sport masters..
good sled or no?
if i don't like it how much work is it to convert to pump gas?
i'll keep it for my wife and daughter to drive.
or..
buy a 600 and see if i like it?

whats fair?

They are easy to convert...I did an 04...takes bout 2 hours to do, big tank, oil injecton, extra wheels, disconnect hot start button, Low Compression domes, trail needles. Good to go...

dont you have to send your cdi in for a timing change?

with the new 600s you have to adjust your timing on polaris and cat, ski doo i believe needs to be shipped out, but on the 440s it is taken care of when you change your domes

the poos have timing boxes that let you adjsut the timing. so do cats. not sure about doo's though, i thought they had them to though.
