On my 1984 indy trail, it has hard starting, and lots of oil in the pipe. I know its running rich b/c the whole top of the piston is black. i think the pistons are worn out too, at the bottom, the corners are very sharp! Could the oil in the pipe be caused by poor sealing (bad rings)? It also has troubles starting warm, a sign of bad compression? I'm hoping to get my hands on a pair of spi pistons.
