As some of you know Ross's trusty '98 Indy 500 lost a couple of crank bearings the weekend before in NewLiskeard. Well we got him a low mileage '06 Indy 500 last week and headed north with some friends to give it another whirl.
We arrived to perfect trails, great weather and the sled performed perfectly............he's beyond pleased and managed to hang in with "the guy" in spite of us cranking on just under 500 miles in 1-1/2 days.
Nicely done Ross + thanks to Bill / Elias / Hank the Tank and of course Jason.

It"s good to hear it worked out for him! Nice pics and the clubs should look into getting snow blowers to put the deep stuff back on the trails. lol

Nice pics Rick.
It is a pity we didn't get to ride with you this year. You got a late start but your making up for it now!LOL
With 2 sleds now, you and Ross will be rearing to go at the first snowflake next season.

How bout KL this weekend?
Ya, it just didn't happen this year. With him already having no problem with 250+ mile days, he'll be eager to tag along even more next season..........great times.
The pic at Bulter Lake gas pumps has me and my buddy at the pumps. We were on our way down from Kap via SR Falls, Cochrane, Timmins, Val Gagne to Kirkland Lake (290 miles), awesome trails.
Was up for a week and log 1660 miles, over 4500 miles for the season, new record for me.
Great weather and great trails, best last ride of the season in 20 years.
