Will a 2009 Switchback fit in my enclosed 10ft R&R tilt trailer ???
craze1cars
Not familiar with R & R caps...does it have a "bubble" or point at the nose where the skis can extend a few inches beyond the front of the trailer bed?

If yes, then yes, I believe it will fit. Mine fits in my 10 foot Triton clamshell, which does have the "bubble" up front for the skis to stick out. Several inches to spare. Brother's 144" 07 Switch fits also. But VERY tight.

God Bless the internet. Ask one question, get two opposite answers. That's why I love these forums.

I will make the following statements with great confidence and 100% accuracy:

I own a 10 foot Triton XT101, with a 10 foot long bed (not 10.5), with a Triton aluminum clamshell enclosure, and all of the following sleds have fit, fully assembled, straight (not angled), and properly strapped down with crossbars on the skis, and with the lid completely and properly closed:

07 Yamaha Attak 136 (about 8 inches to spare)
07 Switchback 144 (about 1 to 2 inches to spare...this one actually shifted once in transit, and created a small dent in the cap with its rear bumper)
08 Switchback 136 (about 4 to 6 inches to spare)
Many 121 inchers...

I don't own an R & R trailer.
