I am looking for opinions. I took my sled to my local Yamaha dealer 2.5 weeks ago. I believe that my front subframe is bent. I am not getting any help from them. They are saying: It's your fault, you must have hit something. I did not hit anything. I called Yamaha about 2 weeks before to notify them of my problem and they said take it to the dealer and go from there. Should I call them again or what? I really don't think I should have to pay for this. I honestly didn't hit anything and my dealer is basically calling me a liar.

Find a different dealer, then if that doesn't work, have a lawyer fire off a letter to both the dealer and yamaha.

Same thing happened to my Phazer

Yamaha says there is no problem, and everyone hit things.

I guess we are all bad drivers.

Why did they change the front end for '09 models if there was no problem?

hmmm.

Anyone know of any dealers in southern WI that have dealt with any of these bent subframes?

My dealer Hurley Motorsports deals in Yamaha, Poo, and Doo. When I picked up my 800X from them a couple weeks ago for updates they had two new 08 Nytros in the shop all tore apart in the front. By the looks of it I assume it was for the sub frames. They also had another 08 Nytro there earlier in the year for a sub frame, the one earlier in the year was a sub frame becasue I asked them.
