Very nice! We were seriously considering an AV before I bought my DMax. When I a ready to dump our Trailblazer (piece of crap) a AV will replace it.
holdin' it to the grip

Hi Grip, we have a 2006 LT3. It has a special corvette red paint...actually kind of cool color. What I do not like about it is I cannot trailer with it - the short wheel base, lightweight and v6 engine just doesn't cut it. Other than that is okay. I'd rather have a Avalanche.

My trailblazer is a LT3 also with all the goodies sunroof, nav,18 inch wheels leather etc. I actually downgraded i had a 04 tahoe z-71 we try to get new vechicles every three years and this time i was looking for something a little smaller and easier on gas . Dom agrees with you on the towing factor but he always drives his truck.

I think interestingly enough between the two the AV seems to get the same mpg and have more 'truck' er 'suv'. I have the sun roof too but I thought we'd use it more than we do. It has everything like yours except the Nav. I like the leather seats in them too.

Sorry sjr32 for hijacking your thread a little.

Yeah damn it, i was like how cool all these post about my truck yelrotflmao.gif but i knew it was you two talking about the Trailblazers. The Avalanches are big thats for sure, makes my Yukon seem small?? Hoping to throw the sled in the back and head to Maine next weekend.

Speaking of washing when out of state. I did that up in Pittsburg during February when we had that crazy warm up for 1 day. I got a bucket from Lopstick and filled it with water and took rag to wash the trucks sides off. Well they use some gritty type of 'sand' up there and I scratched the clear coat pretty good in places. I hope it will buff out.

What kind of front grill guard is that?
ct_skidoo2
Steve, have you joined this forum?

Yeah i already joined the club, kind of like this place, the front guard is a GM product. It's more show than anything else, but i like it.
