I have a question to see if this has happened to anyone before i just rebuilt my motor put new crank in it and new aftermarket pistons used the same clearance as stock .. but for some reason everyonce in awhile after i go for a ride come back let it sit for 30 minute go to start it back up their is a noise that goes away after 30 secondes or so when you rev it up it almost sounds like its the clutches its like a steal on steal squeling witch i think its really weird cause its running so damn good better then ever to tell you the truth .. any ideas to what it might be, ever happen to anyone ?

I think Id check my center to center, offset and belt deflection, and even if all is ok I'd still make a guesstimate offhand that its your belt. Have you ever been quick enough to lift hood and see where its coming from before it goes away? Be willing to bet its probably belt and if all specs are ok just grin and bear it as long as it goes away within a few seconds--or try another belt and keep squealer as spare- it happens and its no big deal.

Even if they are all correct settings I'd still try another belt and keep old one for spare - SOMETIMES it just happens, nothing you can do about it but ride it out and eventually it'll stop, its one of those "things" that just are what they are. Ive had it happen numerous time with genuine AC 020 belts on a few different sleds of mine. It can be annoying but its the least of all the problems you could have and in NO WAY hurts performance.
