ACforLIFE

Hope someone helps you with the info you need cause im thinking of going bigger on my 98 111 700. But i wana go like 151 2inch or something in that area. I know for sure that mine has a 136 by 1 1/2 track with the stock drivers. It is realy close to the coolers and front of tunnel. Might be able to go 1 3/4. but that would be realy pushing it. I would go smaller drivers for anything over 1 1/2. And it has the rail extentions. They were on the sled when i got it so i cant help you out on where to get them. I dont even know what chassis it is .......Im new to the formula

I have a '96 Formula III that was stock... C-7 suspension and 121" track....I turned the sled into a longtrack...Using an older ski doo tunnel extension, I bought a sc-10 skid and added rail extensions..Then I changed out the front axle and went with a 8 tooth driver and am now running a 136X2" lug track...Works like a charm...ZERO problemsClick to view attachment

The sled is an "F" chassis. It shares alot of parts with the "S" chassis sleds. You can fit a summit tunnel to the bulkhead and go long.
Use a skid from the same. To raise ground clearance go with a BLT front kit.

MM has rail extensions along with Tracks USA

Sounds like a fun project.

Sled works great in powder, slush and hard pack...I didn't notice any difference in the force needed for turning until I installed the C&A skis...(Too much bite.) The top speed with the GPS showed 74.5 MPH on a short marsh area...Faster than my buddies 97 Mach 1 700 triple....The sled can and will go faster but the engine is tired....
