Johnsonville Hot Italion sausage. Make a cut down the middle of each sausage and stuff your favorite cheese (I like pepper jack) then wrap in bacon and hold together with a tooth pick. Throw them suckers on the grill. Rotate from side to side but do not let the cheese run out. Should only take about 10 min to prepare and 15 minutes on the grill.
