The new project sled has arrived and after trying to sell my existing sled with the motor mods, I am thinking about putting it back to stock and selling the go fast parts as a complete package.

The motor as it sits now, when built by D&D pulled just over 205 hp on the dyno at 8800rpm. All the parts for sale have 1900 miles on them. The sled was rode for 600 miles before being brought to D&D.

Here is what would be included:

D&D Ported Cylinders - uses stock pistons and heads
D&D Trail Pipes-uses stock canister
Power Breather
2001 CDI
Timing Key
Primary Spring
Primary Weights
Secondary Spring
Secondary Helix

Everything simply bolts onto an existing 1000 motor. Running 420 main jets and stock gearing it is a pull and go trail sled that is tough to beat on the lake. I have no idea what it runs on the radar gun because I never used it a drag sled. What I can say is that there are very few trail sleds that will beat it across the cove. I ride with guys that have Mach Z's, XCR 800's, and RX 1's and the only two that get by me is a turbo RX 1 and a Mach Z with nitrous.

Simply bolt everything on and go have fun!

Do you need to run race gas or just 93 ? and what carbs did you run? Can this be put on a 900 tcat motor?

I always run 91 to 93 octane with the factory flatslide carbs. I think if you bolt the 1000 cylinders you end up but I am not 100% Sure.... From what I remember, I think you will need to add a thicker base gasket and run ZR 700 pistons.

How about a starting point of $1500 shipped to your door?

Lots of offers, none that really make sense. Since a lot of people seem to already have pipes, I am willing to take the pipes out of the equation and will sell them separately. For all the components minus the pipes I can do $1100 shipped to your door. Can also ship to Canada.
