People renting in winter and or summer weekly or monthly what do you expect to pay for a house w/ garage for a week or by the month? Just doing some research. Any info apprecated. Assume place would be right on Vast trail system and near services.

10 of us split 6000 for the whole season dec 15 to april 15 in IP

10 of us split. $4500 for dec15th till april15th with Garage that holds 15 sleds and that includes all oil and propane for the gas stove. Right on the trail near os 44 5 miles from bobs quick stop. Oh by the way its the best hookup because you have access to all tools and welders, torches and compressor. Not gonna give this house up anytime soon!
