I don't think there could have been a better day than today - or I have just not seen it
Started in Lowell 100 South to 14 North to 14F(with wonderful grooming) to 122 south to 16 North to 5 North by Lake Willoughby, kept north on 5, past Derby 14A West over Memphremagog, to 120 and 120C loop-de-loop(North-East-South West) to visit OS18 a few times!!, 120 west up to the border, hit OS35 and headed south on 242 past Jay Peak 105 east at OS37 to 100 South to Lowell. About 120 miles of fantastic riding.
Groomers are wonderful machines and so are the people that drive them.

I agree.... I've never seen the trails as great as they were Monday.... Likely thanks to the reduced traffic on Easter Sunday and outstanding grooming by all the NEK clubs...Riding IP area Saturday was a joy, low traffic, great trails! Even in town Island Pond was fine! 100 + miles. [b] Had an opportunity to do a short run Monday...70 miles 102N from EX 40(Maidstone) to "Stonedam"...( where Vast 102 crosses Vt 105) was very good and 102A N from EX 174(?) to EX91 was just outstanding... an interesting, pleasant ride.. great views, no traffic, enough twist & turns to keep you alert... you could safely cruise along at 35-45 mph and just soak in the sun and scenery... It was so great I returned the same way rather than making a loop as I often do. It doesn't get any better than this !!!

kudos to the groomer operators...and VETCO for allowing use of their service road. Thank God for the late snow and early Easter AND that most of the crazies

are only here weekends to tear things up and blow folks off the trails! During the week we get to enjoy the snowmobiling sport as it was intended

... not as an unwilling participant of an on trail sno cross event
