How does each rank for snowmobiling? Which has the most trails, best conditions, and least restrictions?

Which would come out on top when it comes to infrastructure, transportation, jobs, and overall quality of life in your opinion?

I am a MN native considering a possible escape from the United States and those are my top 3 choices. Right now I am leaning towards Sweden.

Here is a random video of some guys having fun on the water in Norway.....

Sweden has the least restrictions, then comes Finland and the last is Norway. I guess in infrastructure, quality of life etc. there is only little difference (if any) between Scandinavian countries.
Anyway I would leave Norway out.

Consider larger cities around arctic circle, climate here is warmer than in US/Canada.

I don't think that I would like living in Greenland. I might make a visit though.

Or Svalbard, see www.svalbard.net

For sledding, most of Norway is very restricted. And the authoraties are pushing for even stricter regulations wall.gif
Northern Norway has least restrictions.

So whats your profession? And what do you like to do in the summer? Boating is popular in all 3 countries, as well as biking. The best roads for riding bikes would be Norway IMO.

I work in the Information Technology field. I don't need to find a local job, I just need a high speed internet connection to work from home.

During the summer I like boating, riding personal watercraft, camping, fishing, biking, inline skating, riding sportbikes(motorcycles), riding ATVs.

I am planning to travel over there this summer to have a look around and get a better idea of which areas I like best.
