I put a 162 on my Nytor MTX and am going to put the 153 off hte nytro on my 04 viper mountian, i did put simmions skis on my viper and i like the way it handles a lot better in the deep stuff. I also put a SLP can on the viper. I think the Viper is the best 2 stroke mt sled yamaha ever made.

have fun ridding.

I have enjoyed it alot in the last three years. I am not too impressed with it's climbing ability as it lacks power climbing in fresh snow. If it is hard packed it will climb anything. Darts bad on the trail but here in Wyoming we do very little trail riding so I deal with it when I have to be on the trail. Very impressive in the powder even when it is deep deep. The more I ride it the more I like it.

Yeah i rode my Viper again last weekend and i had forggoten how much i liked that sled. if you have not done so yet, i suggest looking into pipes, i dont have the tripple pipes, but do have the SLP can and it helps alot with the power. i think ir is putting out about 130+hp and it turns the 153 of my nytro just fine.
