Is trail 1 open this year? I almost always wind up on this fantastic trail and either it never existed or it is completly closed......The best time to ride in this area...... IS RIGHT NOW!!!!! Usually the snow gets piled up

yes its open but hard to get to due to logging hoping to get to it through granby next weekend

The only part of 1 that is open now is 1A. This is the section between Trail 3 (Yellow Bucket Trail) and Trail 102. The rest was closed in mid February due to logging.

Unless VAST has temporarily renumbered the trail, it is still 1 between 102 and 1A.

Yeah that's it! Actually isn't the whole thing closed! :-)

no point in making a special trip to one this season.... maybe next year logging in that area will be completed and the entire trrail will come back on line!
