they are still grooming, and right now they are dealing with ice on trees as well. the snow is deep as we just picked up another 10-12"on thursday night. i went from the adams parking lot to the power lines and trimed alot of the iced over trees that was hung onto the trail. the sun and wind removed alot of the ice on saturday. so i guess you should be good to go.

if you are coming up tonight, you are in for a treat. everything is groomed, and we had very little traffic today. good luck.

the only place that is on woodford mountain that is some what trail accesable is called walk in the woods motel. i dont really know much about them, except that they like the snowmobiler people. give them a call, and try them out. on the other hand, wilmington has a lot of motel options. you can start out by calling the chamber of commerce, or going on the web and doing a search for lodging. good luck.

I left 8:30 from Rt11/30 heading to woodford stopped at the pattywagon at a to z then headed to the mall to top off with gas thank god I only needed 3 gallons and at $4.50 there. Then headed on 7AN back to 7N to RT11/30 then ventured up to Belmont on 7N and that trail from mt tabor is horrible I do not know who grooms that but before we lose the snow that we have up there its got to be flattened out somehow. Then on the way back from Belmont near Griffith Lake I saw 2 moose in the trailwhich was shocking because I usually run into them up in Canaan up in the NEK. Loaded back up at 2pm to drop trailer off in Chester then head back to CT.

Good luck.

Great job to Woodford for keeping trails as good as they get in the spring weather we have.
