How long would a trail converted rev 440 motor last??
it is a 2004 and it was raced before it was trail converted.
please help me guys

depends on how it was maintained i guess. mine was raced for 2 seasons. then trail converted and pounded for 3 more seasons. the only time the engine has been apart was for trail converting. and it still pulls hard.

it ALL depends on how you maintain them. all my friends just gas-n-go and never even check anything and they have all gone threw pistons and stuff like crazy. i myself have taken the best posible care of my lil 440 motor and the girl has gone 3500 great miles and still has FULL compression. never gone threw rings or anything. worst that has ever happened is i once fouled a plug. nothin serious.

got loads of power if jetted right or has tempa flow. ya thats my 440 in my pic to. hauls on that spring crust!!

new tempaflows from holtzman are 175
check ebay and the forums, i'm picking one up for mine this summer ( on dootalk you just saw it haha)

you wont be dissapointed with tempa. real good investment worth the money. gives you 15 degrees give up and down from what your jetted. i ran same jets in -30 as +10. no diff in power.
