I have a 02 mxz 800 and when i am doing around 50-60mph and nail the throttle it sounds like the engine is bogging slightly until i hit about 80. It does not slow down but i can hear it. Any ideas what this could be. It is completely stock except for v-force reeds.

sounds like your clutch's are shifting a little slow, probaly the secondary clutch, spring worn out pucks something...
