Quite possible will depend on how much gravel you want to run to get to what snows left.

I've done it in the past, just to say I did it. Rode around the camp in the woods and still had to puddle jump. No riding on any roads by then, suns to high, unless you consider MUD as snow, theres plenty of that around by then.

Hmmm, trailer the sleds 257 miles from home to ride in circles May 1st or trailer the boat 18 miles from home and ski on a "Great State of Connecticut" lake? Take a lot of pictures for me please Gil!

I'm pretty sure the trails are officially closed after April 15th.

Gil, I am holding out for a few days during my kids school vacation in April and still have a good part of somebodies trail system still open like PRR.
I think you will find riding May 1st this year still but the areas and miles will be limited. Getting to those areas may be interesting on your ski's and track. You may have to get set #3 after that

Either way I would say April 15th isn't a streach this year. I would love to ride that day since I rode on November 15th this season. That would make it a nice even 5 months of riding.

That would rock. I have ridden all but one weekend since and Including Openning day. I would only say one of those weekends I rode was bad. The rest were at a minimum decent and many epic weekends. That's a great season! 2200 miles this season only riding weekends and only riding VT! I hope to hit 3000. I'd be up for a May ride but i bet Maine would be the best bet for that.

Rode all day today, still a couple feet of snow at high elevations, snowed a few inches last night. Met a couple of groomers out today, trails good to excellent in most spots. Unbelievable for March 20th! Looks like warm weather this week though.
