just bought a demo 07 fst iq lx and i am just wondering if there are any lingering problems with the wiring or anything to watch for. Also, i dont want to sound like an idiot but what is a flash or reflash and what does it do? Is there anyway to know if that has been done or not? thanx!!!

same sled as mine , you'll love it !
mine has all the updates . the dealer put stickers on my air box that shows the update numbers on them , and a computer readout of them
only thing i had to do after 500 miles was to tighten chain tension , very easy to do , took about 15 mins and most of that time was to take off the muffler
the only other thing i had to do was tighten the suspension , it was on the #2 setting from the dealer , i set it to # 4 because it bottomed out on the big bumps
i had no elect. problems , i even added a 12 v accessory plug for my GPS

The reflash is a update to the ECU which controls among other things, how much fuel and boost your engine puts out. All FST's should have the latest version (08). A dealer can verify yours with your Vin #.
