I see many of you have a picture or logo, or cartoon under your screen name on the left side of your posts, how do I do that?????

When your logged on go to, my controls, personal profile, change personal photo.
Then up load a photo from your computer

You have to upload a pic in your avatar settings for it to show under your username.
