Well I took my sled apart to clean it up for storage! After finding a lot of oil in the belly pan I kept looking for the source. My air box was full I know a little oil goes a long way but seems like to much for my liking. Does anyone else have this problem? I am thinking about moving the tube off the sump tank up to the riser area with a filter on it! maybe the mountain sled guys have abetter way or a catch tank idea as I am sure they roll over offten. Any thoughts would be great!

I got some in mine also, I think it is from rolling it, I have rolled mine a good 10 to 12 times. Haven't broken anything yet though.

Well I have only rolled mine once so far, but I think most of it comes from jumping and hitting the whoops. I have taken a tube and ran it up too the riser and added a little K&N filter on top and a check valve so far so good. I guess I'll see what happens on the next rollover.

Yup rolling your sled or just laying it over on its side will give you plenty of oil leakage.
on a brighter note it only took me 2.5 hours to do an oil and filter on my 08 mtx.
