When I get sick of Q'd chicken, I like to spice it up a bit. I'll marinate it in itailan dressing, white wine vinager, tabasco and budwieser. Then throw some chipotle peppers and garlic in there. Throw on the grill.

I agree with the Italian dressing even if you don't like the dressing it is a really good marinade and I throw in whatever spices that I have handy to the mixture.
