The latest news is that the bill is moving quickly through the senate, slower through the assembly-we've requested people concentrate letters on the assembly. This is not going to be a quick fix, but I hope we see positive results.

The Canal thing seems to be stalled. I'll get in touch with the Senator's office this week, again.
