So how important is the 1500 mile valve adjustment? The next adjustments are at 10,000 miles, which seem OK. Anyone not doing the early adjustments, or did them, with what results. Thanks.

Had mine done at 2,500 miles. The valves on the PTO side of the engine were too tight from the factory. The engine seems to repond better now as well as an MPG increase which could also be due to the installation of the new style belt.
