like the title says my f3 isn't accelerating as hard as it should be, it just seems to be a bit gutless off the line, but you can really notice it when your going up hills , it will easily go up hills if the sled is at 6000rpm and over but if you start from a standstill the sled will only go 10-15mph, no matter how hard you press on the gas and it won't go passed 5000rpm

You should check your secondary clutch for worn or broke buttons and check to see if your helix is moving freely on the shaft maybe the bushings are bad,at low rpm the clutch will work harder to disengage not allowing the belt to drop, check your deflection straight edge on top of your belt while in clutch should take 10-12 lbs to move it down 1" to 1 1/4"from the bottom edge of straight edge, check your belt too, maybe some of these simple things may solve it good luck!

how do you justify the 10-12 lbs use a fish scale and if so how do you hook it to the belt ?? and is their enough room to do so ??or is their a speacial tool to se how many pounds when you push on it ???

Yes use a fish scale and a piece of wood or a ruler and pull down from the top of it and the 10 - 12 lbs is in the shop manual that I have .
