It looks like a few of us are going to go out on Lake George on Saturday and play around.

Be running 660 ft, no special sets ups, just having some friendly grudge matches.

Come on out as its probably the last chance to get some ice racing in.

I was told they cut a few holes today with a power saw and went down 15" and never touched water, so should be fine.

doo 6
cool ....where can u unload?
T- Cat Man
should be able to unload very close to the lake used to be able to back right down to water, have not been there for a couple of years, but worst case would be 30ft from ice.

Dave i might go up saturday, i can meet you at exit 12 were the big stop is and take you there. We don"t have races on lakes the insurance is to high.
T- Cat Man
Thanks Chris, yup I beieve its 2800.00 for lake, and only 800.00 for land.

Dave its too late to organize, as Mannie lost 80% of the ice, even though it was 10" thick.

Come on down and have a bit of fun.

Hey guys, we are planning to get out on the lake again this weekend, probably Saturday as Easter is on Sunday. Ice is very good, we cut a hole there is 24" of ice where we cut.

We have 3 to 4 lanes wide plowed off, and there is about 4" of snow on it right now, so if it stays good racing for the trail stud guys to.

Come on out and have some fun, its all just braggin rights.

where is this Lake George at?
T- Cat Man
Its right beside Aylesford lake. If you come from New Ross way you head toward Kentville till you get to Casey's corner, turn left go to North river rd, and drive about 8kms, on the right can't miss it.

If you come from Dalhousie way same thing come towards berwick till you get to North river rd, its only 1/2 km off the main rd on North river rd, on left can't miss it, drive right on to the ice.

T- Cat Man
Rain won't bother all that ice, if anything will make it even better. Should be about -2 or -3 on Saturday up their, as its on the mtn, always colder up there.

should be there around 10 am.

We were gonna bring up a couple of vintage rides but couldn't get away yesterday. Conditions looked pretty good in the pictures to bad a cat ran the fastest speed of the day.
