I have a 6 hp robin eh-17 in my sons 03 xc 120 currently. I am contemplating putting a 11 hp robin eh-34 in it. The major obstacle is it is approx 4" taller than the 6 hp. I am confident I can engineer around this, but I am wondering if the extra 30 pounds is worth it. I am interested in your opinions and if anyone has tried an 8.5 hp or larger swap. I am looking for big power at reasonable price but sound levels need to be lower than those running full mod motors. Also, anyone know of a go cart tuner that messes with robin engines?

Thanks,
Snowman
